Comment on Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Amendment

On behalf of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), the Corvallis Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) requests public input on an amendment to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for Federal Fiscal Years (FY) 2018-2021. The project details are as follows:

OR99W: SE Chapman Pl to SW McKenzie Ave (Key Number 22117):

  • Project Description: Construct curb ramps to meet compliance with the American with Disabilities ACT (ADA) standards.
  • Reason for the Amendment: ODOT is adding $250,000 to the Construction Phase (CN) of the project, the new total budgeted for CN will be $1,582,000. New funds for this project are Statewide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition funds.

The CAMPO Technical Advisory Committee is expected to review this amendment during their August 27, 2020 meeting. Details on how to join the meeting are available on CAMPO’s website HERE. The meeting agenda and full packet can be found HERE.
