Planning & Programming
The Corvallis Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) is responsible for developing several plans and programs per federal and state regulations. Each plan or program serves a specific purpose and guides the MPO’s transportation planning activities. Federally required plans and programs developed by CAMPO include:
- An annual Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) outlining planning and programming efforts for the upcoming fiscal year,
- A long-range Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTP),
- A 4-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which outlines federally funded and regionally significant transportation planning projects programmed in upcoming years
- A Public Participation Plan, and
- A Title VI / Non-discrimination Plan
